Walk Among the Fall Foliage

Fall is always full of beautiful landscapes when the leaves start to turn and fall, creating piles of gorgeous oranges and yellows. Luckily, the city is home to a plethora of parks that are home to tons of beautiful piles of foliage. Lincoln Park, Millenium Park, and Jackson Park are some of the best ones to walk around and enjoy the fall ambiance. Lincoln Park is known for the ponds that it has, which make for gorgeous fall backdrops. Millennium Park is known for its location in the heart of Chicago. Lastly, Jackson Park is famed for its beautiful Japanese garden, making its fallscape very unique.

No matter where you are, if you enjoy Halloween, it will always be a fun celebration. Every city has its own individual traditions and events, and Chicago is no exception. In Chicago, there are plenty of adult-focused or family-friendly Halloween and spooky season activities that happen all October long. There are lots of boat tours of the city offered year-round, with some particularly good ones offered in fall! The Chicago Architecture Center River Cruise is one of the most popular options offered in autumn.
